If you are infected you can barf on the unifected no matter what zombie type you are. If the barfing hits an opening or enters the survivors bloodstream they will become infected this includes the barf going inside their nose, eyes, and mouth as well as open cuts. Barfing makes the infection meter go up the slowest.
